PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

WHAT YOU’ll DO?

The PMO Analyst provides project support to Solution Development and Data Management projects and Programs, working closely with the Project or Program Manager.

Develops, monitors, updates, communicates, and implements plans for projects, within budget and in line with expectations.
Executes project management process including scope definition, scheduling, human resource, and material planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management, and quality assurance.
Support the Project Managers to ensure end results are of the highest caliber with the clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefits.
Audits other PMO member’s programs to ensure process compliance.
Implement Agile / Scrum master tools and techniques.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES TO COMPLIMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

May require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Achieved or reaching towards PMI CAPM/PMP.
Knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software.
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders, motivate people, and deliver tough messages.
Strong knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications.
Knowledge of business unit products and operations.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Project management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new ideas and concepts quickly.
Capable of working independently and in cooperation with teams.
