SENIOR TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field;

  • Background in software development projects and delivery methodologies;

  • Experience with requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation;

  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques (Use Case/User Stories and Acceptance criteria/Process modelling);

  • Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources;

  • Experience with data analysis;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English;

  • Experience with working with cross-region virtual teams;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Elicit and document requirements;

  • Identify and track requirements changes;

  • Facilitate requirement prioritization;

  • Maintain requirements backlog;

  • Perform data analysis of data coming from various input files and databases;

  • Create data mappings for data load and data migration;

  • Work closely with the development and the QA team and ensure that requirements are well understood;
